Digital Gift Cards 

Please save your confirmation email for digital gift cards, which includes the card number and PIN. Should your recipient lose or not receive your email, you can forward your confirmation email to the recipient. They only need the gift card number and pin to redeem. Digital gift cards cannot be resent or edited at this time. Digital Gift Cards are sent from "Fearless Restaurants <notifications@upserve.com>." Please check your spam if you do not see it in your inbox. Note that some corporate mail systems may block it as spam, so we recommend using a personal email address. We recommend saving it as a screenshot on your phone. Note that if your credit card has fraud protection enabled, the purchase may not go through and may appear as pending. You will see a pop-up confirming your Gift Card Order is complete.

 

Use
Gift Cards may be used at any Fearless Restaurants. Note that gift cards are like cash and may not be replaceable if lost or stolen. Please save them and the receipt in a safe place. Gift Cards may not be used as cash or as payment for Private Parties.

 

Fees

There are no fees to purchase a gift card online. Shipping fees may apply based on your shipping preference. If you are buying in-store with a credit card, a 3% credit card surcharge applies. 

 

Cancellations or Refunds

Digital eGift Cards may be canceled within 2 business days by contacting info@fearlessrestaurants.com. Once a gift card has been shipped, it cannot be refunded or canceled. We can provide tracking information if needed.

Check Balance
You can check the balance on the gift card at any store or here enter without spaces (if purchased after April 26, 2022.) For all other balance inquiries, please email info@fearlessrestaurants.com and include the whole number and pin or send a picture.
